Media 2:24 pm
in writes, that on the campaign trail “McCain frequently forgets key elements of policies, gets countries’ names wrong, forgets things he’s said only hours or days before and is frequently just confused.” Most Americans still don’t know it is precisely for this reason that the McCain campaign has now shut down the press’s previously unfettered access to the candidate on the Straight Talk Express.
One can only hope that the media rights itself (no pun intended) before the election so that the country doesn’t make an even larger tragedy happen than the media helped cause by getting Bush elected, twice.

Sounds like you don’t think Obama has this election all sewn up yet? Personally I think it is going to come down to the VP selections for both parties.

Well, the time is here.
Obama & Biden.
I still read that some say McCain is going to win.
This country was dumb enough to put Bush in twice so I never think any thing is in the bag, but I’m keeping high hopes for Obama.
Another round of republican agenda and I’ll puke!!

Hey 42,
No, I do think that Obama has it nailed down. I worry only about the media. McCain does whatever it takes to lose. His choice of Palin is yet another indication of this.
I still expect a blowout this November.

PS: Sorry about this blog post. I had some editing and web problems and didn’t get it fixed. I got tired of dealing with it.

I’m not so sure Obama has it in the bag.
The media reports this morning that McCain is something like 4 ahead of Obama, but I guess that depends on who’s doing the reporting. (Fox)? Ha
Coworkers have been stating they are going to vote for McCain.
Almost NONE are voting for Obama.
That’s scary.
This country can’t afford another mistake.

Finally got a chance to listen to Palin’s entire speech and it was ugly.
She basically says NOTHING.
Same as has been said before, sold the plane on Ebay, McCain spent time in a rat hole, her son is going into the service on Sept. 11th, good luck kid, hope he doesn’t come home in a box.
She talked about Obama raising taxes on the middle class, I think not.
She mentioned him raising the death tax, but forgot to mention that was on the few that got an inheritance that warranted a death tax.
Ah well, Any one who’s in the know, already knows the yada.
Yawn…
Can’t wait until Obama / Biden are in the White House.
